Join us as we continue to celebrate the inception of Laetare Brewing Company. With your purchase of a ticket, you will receive one Laetaere Brewing Co. pint glass and have an opportunity to sample two of Laetare's best brews:
"Chapter XL:" This authentic Belgian Dubbel Ale is an age-old recipe modeled after Trappist monks in Belgium. Chapter XL is a very rich, malty beer with spicy notes contrasted with caramel sweetness. Chapter XL's excitingly expressive carbonation mimics the rejoicing that should be done while drinking it. It is 11% ABV with a smooth finish.
"The Man in Black:" An India Pale Ale that will please even the biggest hop-head. This beer has citrus characteristics with a well-balanced malt foundation. It is 9.5% ABV and cures your hop addiction.

Laetare Brewing Company is the brainchild of Brian Donohoe and Casey Cavanagh, whose project on the drawing board is a brewpub located in New Jersey that would pour hand-crafted beers drawing from traditional recipes with a new-age flair.
